Card issuing services (including Multi-Currency Virtual Mastercards and Physical Cards) are provided by licensed partner banks pursuant to principal licenses granted by Mastercard International and Visa Worldwide. Slikpay's SoftPOS contactless payment processing, payment links, and acquiring rails comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS Level 1), the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), Kenya Data Protection Act, and South Africa Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Funds held in user smart accounts are protected under the respective partner banks' deposit insurance schemes.
